Orders and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely by card at checkout. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you and refund in full if you prefer not to proceed.

Returns and your rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and we offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
