Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom from our Ilford, London base. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 per order, shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Please check your order on arrival and let us know about any transit damage within 48 hours so we can put it right.

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email hello@tech14stands.co.uk with your order number and we will send you instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

Faulty items

If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Return postage for faulty items is on us.
