What we collect and why

When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, contact details, delivery address and order information. We use this to process and deliver your order, handle returns, and respond to enquiries — on the legal bases of contract performance and our legitimate interest in running our store. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We share it only with delivery carriers and service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that protect your data, and we do not transfer it outside the UK except on that basis.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted. You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. Contact hello@tech14stands.co.uk to exercise any right. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
